Selecting a Theme

Use this page of the wizard to select the theme (sometimes called a "skin") of your Tiki and customize the layout of your Tiki.

 Tip

You can always update these options from the Theme control panel.


Setting up the look & feel

  1. Select a Site theme. See Changing Themes for some examples.
    Some themes include an additional Theme Options field that you can use to modify the base theme. For example, if you select Fivealive, use the Site theme option to select additional options appear.
    You can also select a different them for the site administrator.

     Note

    The samples and illustrations in this guide use the Default site theme. Check out the Tiki Themes site to see samples of the different themes and options.
  2. If you didn't add a Site title when ((running the installer), you can add it now.
    Depending on your theme selection, you may also be able to add a Subtitle.
  3. Use the Logo area to upload your own, custom site logo or leave the default Tiki logo for now. Later, we'll see other ways to change the site logo.
  4. Leave the other options as their defaults and click Save and Continue. Tiki saves the changes and loads the next wizard page.
